The bichwa dagger

The Indian bichwa is a traditional thrusting dagger. Its name means "scorpion sting" because of the double edged slender blade ! It is made of forged steel, with a strong and impressive recurving blade, and a tip that is thickened for armor piercing. The whole steel hilt is  ring shaped , riveted and forge welded to the blade.
